Terms & responsible use

Your images and permissions

You may submit only images that you own or have permission and all necessary rights to use. You remain responsible for the images, instructions, generated results, and how you use or share those results.

Prohibited use

Do not use this demo for illegal, infringing, deceptive, harassing, exploitative, or non-consensual content; impersonation or fraud; sexual content involving minors; or content that violates another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.

Storage and privacy

Uploaded images and generated previews are stored in a public-demo workspace that is separated from ThinkFlow AI's private image workspace. They are scheduled for automatic deletion after 72 hours. Limited anonymous operational records may be retained longer for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and service reliability. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive images.

Preview service

Results are automated previews and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for production use. The service is provided as available, may be suspended at any time, and does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Removal and reports

To request early deletion or report suspected abuse or rights violations, email thinkflow.ai.usa@gmail.com with enough information to identify the relevant submission. We may remove content, restrict access, preserve records when legally required, or cooperate with lawful requests.

These terms help define user responsibility but do not eliminate legal obligations or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
